Welcome to the Intrafocus Academy of Strategic Planning! We hope you find the resources useful. It is our view that there has been a need for a good strategic planning repository for many, many years. We will be adding resources to the site every month. You also have the opportunity to participate by writing articles for the Blog. (You will need to join the Academy first). We fully moderate the blog, so will only publish high quality, relevant content that we believe will be useful to our members. But please do submit your articles!
A set of samples can be found on the home page, please download them if you have not done so already. Strategic planning practitioners with decades of experience write all of our content. This website has been designed to be educational, interesting and compelling. We welcome your feedback and look forward to hearing from you.
The academy started with the publication of our worldwide online course “How to run a strategy workshop”. The course is based on the immensely popular Intrafocus three-session Strategy Workshop, which in turn is based on the very best parts of the Balanced Scorecard strategic methodology. The most successful companies in the world use the Balanced Scorecard strategic methodology.
The Academy online course provides not only powerful instructions through the video tutorial, but also all of the slides, a transcription of slides and the Strategy Workshop eBook. Also, there are many other presentations, eBooks, documents and tools that are part of the Academy package.
